Dear All at Able cars,

My wife and myself would like to thank the driver who assisted and picked us up from Gatwick Airport.  Our flight was delayed for over two hours and we where sure the driver would have left the Airport due to such a long delay however, to our delight he was waiting for us and not only was he waiting but he had left voice mail on my wife's mobile explaining that he would not leave until we had been picked up.  Being elderly we struggle with luggage; the driver came to our rescue, not only did he load all of our luggage into the car but he took our bags right to the door step when we reached home.  We have used many taxi firms over the years but have never received the kind of treatment we received from able cars!  We won't use anyone else but able cars from now on and while we are hardly International jet setters we do take taxi's on a regular basis and would like to use your company in the future.

Not being a driver myself, I greatly rely on taxis to get me around and have always used one of the bigger firms in Kettering.  Until I used your taxis I regularly received poor service with taxis being constantly late, drivers not speaking English properly and over charging, I even had one driver use his sat-nav to get me from the train station to Bath road?
